Bio

Angela Lam is the author of several novels, two memoirs, two short story collections, and a motivational writing reference book based on her teaching philosophy. Her nonfiction has appeared in The Sun, the San Jose Mercury News, SFGate, the Portland Book Review, and the Bohemian. Her flash fiction has appeared in Friday Flash Fiction and Every Day Fiction. She holds a BA from Sonoma State University. She currently teaches at Gotham Writers Workshop.

 

Angela enjoys long-distance running and exploring the possibilities of acrylic painting, from abstracts to landscapes. She has recently branched out to include collages and mixed media. She exhibits locally and sells across the United States.

Angela finishes the Santa Rosa Marathon/Half Marathon/10K/5K run.
